It was announced recently that Paul Magnus, Sales Representative with Coldwell Banker Terrequity Realty, has again earned membership in Coldwell Banker's International Diamond Society for 2010. This prestigious annual award, based on last year's sales volume, puts Magnus in the top 5% of all Sales Representatives internationally qualified.

In a congratulatory letter, Jim Gillespie, President & CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC wrote: "Your personal performance was among the top Coldwell Banker Sales Associates worldwide and earned you this distinguished designation. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!"

At the awards ceremony Andrew Zsolt, President of  Coldwell Banker Terrequity Realty, also presented Paul with the Terrequity Platinum Award. The top sales achievement award offered by the brokerage to its individual Sales Representatives.

Commenting on the double awards, Paul was quoted as saying: " I am delighted, and look forward to many more years of reciprocal success with Terrequity."
